June 2, 2026: in the framework of the Public Diplomacy Week (June 1-7), a gala evening dedicated to the culture, education, tourist attractions, and traditions of Rostov Oblast was held yesterday at the Russian House in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Representatives of Taganrog had much to contribute to the event. Specifically, artworks of students of the Taganrog Blonskaya Art School were presented to the Argentine public as part of the exhibition dedicated to the great Russian writer Alexander Pushkin.

As a sign of friendship and recognition of the talent of the Taganrog artists, the Argentine party presented a special gift to the Taganrog Blonskaya Art School—a fragment of a work by Lola Mora, the first female sculptor in South America.

Taganrog's participation in the Public Diplomacy Week in Argentina internationally promotes the city's cultural heritage.
