February 21, 2023: Yuri Fesenko's exhibition "The City of My Own: Protective Carpet" opened to the public at Taganrog Museum of Local Lore and History, more commonly known as the Alferaki Palace, under the sponsorship of ZHDANOV Gallery from Rostov-on-Don.

"The City of My Own. The Protective Carpet" is the final part of "The City of My Own" art project. It presents Yuri Fesenko's work, which will be donated to Taganrog Group of Museums. According to the Taganrog-born artist, the current exhibition is an attempt to understand and reinterpret ritual practices of working with fabric and ornament. The Carpet contains symbols related to the history and today of Taganrog; in particular, the symbols are associated with Taganrog Museum of Architecture and Urbanism, Durov Museum, Beriev Aircraft Corp., and the city's seaside.

In June-July 2021, Yuri Fesenko's exhibition "The City of My Own. Construction Experience", consisting of numerous images of different locations, was available at Taganrog Museum of Architecture and Urbanism.
