The largest one is located in the Sports Palace of Taganrog Youth Sports School No. 13 (Ulitsa Lenina, 212), with maximum capacity up to 500 people. The proper functioning of PTAs is ensured by employees of Taganrog Municipal Department of Emergency Situations and Department of Social Protection, physicians, volunteers and other workers.

Taganrog's executives have repeatedly visited PTAs in order to facilitate their smooth functioning. Among the visitors were Taganrog City Council President and City Executive Inna Titarenko and Deputy City Manager Svetlana Kambulova.
