Mayor Nikolay Fedyanin took the floor and highlighted how important it was for the City Hall and for him personally to complete this building. "When this was the question of what to do with the building, we decided that it must be donated to the youth" reminded Nikolay Fedyanin. "We have talented, active and thinking young people. With that in mind we aimed at making a state-of-the-art "stuffing" of the Palace. I want to thank the Rostov Oblast Government for financial assistance in our undertaking. I am satisfied with what we've got here as a result. Now this center will provide help in vocational counseling, job finding, psychological support, leisure activities, choreography classes, music-editing and video-editing studio, sports and many more. There is also a marriage registration office and a hot-line service. Generally speaking the support of young families will be one of priorities of the center's employees..."
