January 28-30, 2010: Official delegation of the city of
Khartsyzsk led by the Mayor Valery Dubovoy, Ukraine visited the city of Taganrog within the framework of the Anton Chekhov 150th Birth Anniversary celebrations in Taganrog.
January 30, the Ukrainian delegation was received by Mayor Fedyanin at the Mayor's Office. The parties exchanged their views on development of cooperation in various areas and on further developing partnership between the people of the two cities. Mayors Fedyanin and Dubovoy signed an additional agreement to complement the partner city agreement, which was
signed earlier in Khartsyzsk on September 18, 2009.
