COVID-19 City of Taganrog's Mitigation And Response #57

September 6, 2021: according to a regulation signed by Rostov Oblast Governor Vasily Golubev, some of the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted in Taganrog and the region.

Regular medical treatment, check-ups and examinations are resumed. Employers do not have to relocate 30 per cent of their staff to remote work anymore. The exception is for people aged 65 and above and for those who suffer from chronic diseases.

Public catering in malls may be reopened. The same goes for entertainment venues in malls, dance halls and dance floors; however, their visitors must submit certificates of vaccination, PCR tests or antibodies verification documents.

The limit for theatres and cinemas has been decreased to 50 per cent of maximum capacity, and the one for Rostov Arena is 25 per cent from now on.

As of September 6, 127278 cases of COVID-19 have been registered in Rostov Oblast, and 110015 people have already recovered.
