November 8, 2021: as stated by Rostov Oblast Governor Vasily Golubev, the
restrictions that had been introduced since the start of the previous week have been lifted.
In particular, cinemas, fitness centres, gyms, skating rinks, waterparks, swimming pools, solariums, salons, barbershops, baths, saunas, and betting companies have resumed their work since November 8. Medical facilities are able to provide full dental and veterinary services.
The number of visitors for cinema halls is now limited to 50 per cent of the maximum capacity. The activity of fitness centres, gyms, skating rinks, waterparks, swimming pools is limited as well.
The allowed working hours for public catering is 6AM - 9PM. However, the visitors of public catering must submit certificates of vaccination or recovering from COVID-19. Since November 8, PCR tests cannot substitute for the certificates. The same goes for the mentioned public facilities as well as theatres, malls, and Rostov Arena.
As of November 8, 160595 cases of COVID-19 have been registered in Rostov Oblast, and 136042 people have already recovered.
