Most of the amendments concern public medical services. Planned medical assistance is resumed now, provided that appointments are made remotely. The share of beds, available for planned in-patient services, is 50 per cent. Intermittent treatment and high-technology medical assistance have also resumed.

Furthermore, the maximum allowable capacity of indoor sports facilities is going to be increased up to 50 per cent. The amendment refers not only to professional competitions, but also to official physical training activities and sporting events.

As of March 9, 75228 cases of COVID-19 have been registered in Rostov Oblast region, and 65916 persons have already recovered.
