June 24, 2021: the number of Taganrog residents who received vaccinations against COVID-19 is growing. Rostov Oblast Minister of Health Yuri Kobzev declared that no complications from COVID-19 vaccinations have been registered in the region. The situation remains stable.

Earlier Rostov Oblast Government declared the plans to relax COVID-19 restrictions for theatres, philharmonics and community centers.

The easing of COVID-19 related restrictions concerning leisure activities and sports events has been gradually introduced since summer 2020. Later the maximum allowable capacity of theatres and cinemas was increased up to 50 per cent, providing the maintenance of necessary safety measures.

As of June 24, 97873 cases of COVID-19 have been registered in Rostov Oblast, and 89656 persons have already recovered.
