August 10, 2021: according to Rostov Oblast Governor Vasily Golubev's press service, Governor signed a regulation on the rollback of some recently imposed COVID-19 restrictions.
In accordance with the regulation, the region's residents are allowed to visit such institutions as post offices, banks and multiservice centers providing state services without certificates of vaccination, PCR tests or antibodies verification documents. However, the mentioned papers must still be submitted while visiting public catering, gyms, fitness centres and some other venues.
As of August 10, 114218 cases of COVID-19 have been registered in Rostov Oblast, and 100373 people have already recovered.
