November 5, 2014: humanitarian aid of 2566 textbooks dispatched to Taganrog's partner city Khartsyzsk in Donetsk Peoples' Republic.

According to information provided by Taganrog Board of Education, textbooks for various education programs from 1st to 11th grades for schools of Khartsyzsk were handed over by local authorities to Mrs. Alina Glebova, Director of Youth and Family Policy Department.


The decision to provide the partner city with humanitarian aid was made during the meeting with Khartsyzsk's deputy mayors Ms. Yulia Sulim and Mr. Vasily Tkachuk that was held in Taganrog on October 28, 2014.
