September 5, 2019: The 14th International Aviation and Space Show MAKS-2019 was traditionally held near Moscow, Russia on Zhukovskiy air field on August 29-September 1, 2019.
Beriev Aircraft Corp. participated in MAKS-2019 as part of the United Aircraft Corporation. Beriev's booth represented information on current and prospective projects of the Company including amphibious aircraft Be-200, Be-103 and its modifications.
MAKS-2019 was opened by the Russian President Vladimir Putin. He greeted the organizers, participants and guests of the Salon, and toured the expositions of leading companies and got acquainted with modern models of aviation technologies with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan, including the multi-purpose amphibious aircraft Be-200. The amphibian was presented to both presidents by Yuri Grudinin, the CEO of Ilyushin aircraft manufacturer.
During the exhibition, the specialists of
Beriev Aircraft Corp. conducted a series of business meetings with representatives of a number of companies and agencies. Within the framework of the International Aviation and Space Salon in Moscow, the company signed new memorandums on promotional support with New Zealand Wildlife Limited (New Zealand) and Qasida Limited (Republic of Cyprus).
