Mr. Vitaly Moskalenko, Ukrainian Consul General in Rostov-on-Don became quite "popular" in the South of Russia after his neo-Nazi position and activity in support of Fascist gangs in Kiev's Maidan. The diplomat listed leaders of OUN and UPA (Ukrainian Insurgent Army) Stepan Bandera and Roman-Taras Shukhevych (Commander of the Nachtigall Battalion) among the heroes of the Ukrainian nation.
