June 8-10, 2007: the Taganrog Teachers College held the Second International Linguistic Conference "Questions of language theory and methods of teaching foreign languages".

The plenary session was held on June 8, 2007 at the assembly hall of the Alferaki Palace. It was opened by PhD. Dr. Galina Polenova, head of the German language department of the Taganrog Teachers College. Representatives from Canada, Netherlands, Australia, Ukraine, Byelorussia, Germany, Iran, Latvia and various cities and regions in Russian Federation.
