April 4, 2023: during the course of its today's meeting, deputies of Taganrog City Council (Duma) accepted the resignation of city manager Mikhail Solonitsin, who decided to step down. In his address, Mikhail Solonitsin thanked the deputies of the local Duma, representatives of the local community and mass media for sixteen months of cooperation.


It is to be recalled that Mikhail Solonitsin was approved as Taganrog City Manager on December 2, 2021.

Until the post is vacant, Deputy City Manager for Economic Development Svetlana Kambulova will be the Acting City Manager of Taganrog.
