December 15, 2025: One of the most anticipated and prestigious sailing events, Marmaris International Race Week, took place in the city of Marmaris, Turkey. This year, the regatta brought together 2,356 crew members of 185 yachts from 10 countries.

The impressive performance of representatives of the Taganrog yacht club "Pier Five" ("Pyaty Prichal") was a particular source of pride for Russian yachting. According to the Taganrog Sailing Federation, the crew of the Taganrog-built yacht "St. Anna" co-skippered by experienced sailors Mikhail and Vlas Kadetov demonstrated outstanding skills and secured a convincing victory.


The weather was glorious on the first day of racing, and there were two short races in the bay. On the second day, a storm and heavy rain delayed two challenging races. On the final day, marked by calm weather, the athletes competed in a long offshore race. "St. Anna" finished first three times and second three times, so they emerged victorious.
