October 16, 2025: a teenage trainee of the Taganrog Youth Sports School No. 2 Lyubov Pronenko achieved encouraging results at the Tennis Europe U14 Famagusta G3 tournament. It took place in the city of Limassol, Cyprus on October 4-12.


Lyubov Pronenko gave a consisted performance both in doubles and singles. In doubles, she and Varvara Makarova lost in the semi-final to the would-be gold medalists Carmo Roleto Rodrigues and Madalena Sousa from Portugal (6-4, 6-7, 7-10). In singles, Lyubov Pronenko got the silver medal: she beat Carmo Roleto Rodrigues in the semi-final (6-2, 6-3) but lost to Anastasiia Pozdieieva, Ukraine (3-6, 7-5, 1-6) in the final.
