Ksenia Saprykina Wins Medals at the National Junior Finswimming Championships

April 8, 2025: the Russian Junior Finswimming Championships were held in the city of Tomsk. About 450 athletes from 24 regions competed in such techniques as surface finswimming, apnoea finswimming, immersion finswimming with breathing apparatus, and bi-fins.

ksenia_saprykina Trainee of Taganrog Olympic Reserve School No. 13 Ksenia Saprykina achieved remarkable success by winning three gold (girls' 100, 200 and 400 m immersion finswimming) and two bronze medals (girls' 100 m bi-fins and mixed teams' 4x 50 m surface finswimming) both in individual events and as a part of Rostov Oblast's team. She broke Russian, European and world records in girls' 200 m immersion finswimming. Ksenia Saprykina also set new Russian and European records in girls' 400 m immersion finswimming.
