The foundation stone of the new plant was laid in Taganrog on May 13. The ceremony brought together Rostov Oblast Governor Vasily Golubev, who visited the city within the framework of a working trip; Dmitry Udras, member of the board of directors of the company Novoe Sodruzhestvo; and Alexander Vinogradov, Director General of Rostselmash's unit for towed vehicles and attachable equipment.

The new plant is to be set up on the basis of the former Taganrog Combine-Harverster Plant. Its construction will be led by Klever Limited Company, a branch of Rostselmash. The plan is to occupy the total area of 70 hectares gradually, with the growth of production output. In particular, the agricultural machinery plant will produce forage harvesters, tillage machinery, grain-processing equipment, spraying devices, and harvester adapters. It is expected that an amount of 1.5 billion roubles will have been invested in the plant by the completion of its construction in 2024.
