February 10-11, 2016: an International conference for young researchers "Innovation Technologies in Economics, Education and Management" was held at Taganrog College of Management in Economic, Ecological and Social Systems (part of Southern Federal University).
The conference was held in Russian and English languages, with participants delivering reports and lectures in three sections: social and economic innovation, innovations in management of engineering projects and high involvement innovation.
Among the participants were: Mr. Vyacheslav Pshykhopov, Vice-Rector - Director for Engineering and Technologies Academy, Mrs. Inna Shevchenko, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation Projects and foreign guests - Mr. Cornett Andreas Peter, professor at department of business and economics, University of Southern Denmark (Sønderborg, Denmark), Mrs. Hjaltadottir Rannveig Edda - a researcher from University of Southern Denmark (Sønderborg, Denmark) and Mr. John Erik Andreassen, professor at Østfold University College (Halden, Norway).
Participants had many opportunities to exchange best practices and compare the research results using the example of business entities in Taganrog and Halden (Norway). Basing on the feedback received during the conference, the plans are being made for the universities in Russia, Denmark and Norway to cooperate in conducting several joint research projects.
